What users remain responsible for

1. Access and eligibility

You may use CreatorTool.net only in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, and the platform rules that apply to the social accounts or APIs you connect through the service.

2. Connected platforms and permissions

  • You must have authority to connect and publish to each account, channel, Page, or destination you use in CreatorTool.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your connected account use complies with the terms, policies, and community rules of the relevant provider.
  • If a provider changes, limits, suspends, rejects, or removes access, CreatorTool may be affected and some features may stop working.
3. Billing, subscriptions, and cancellation
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • If you cancel, paid access remains active until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
  • No refunds are offered for unused time, unused quota, or partial billing periods unless required by law.
  • If a billing issue occurs, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
  • If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may submit service and billing records to respond to the dispute.
4. User content and media

You retain responsibility for the content and media you upload, publish, schedule, or otherwise process through CreatorTool.net.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to use the content you upload and to publish it through any connected destination.

You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

You may not use CreatorTool.net to violate laws, provider rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or security controls.

  • No abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized publishing activity.

6. Third-party services and provider changes

CreatorTool.net depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including social media providers, Stripe, Cloudflare, Google services, and other operational vendors where configured.

We are not responsible if a third-party provider limits, suspends, blocks, rejects, delays, or removes your account, content, app connection, or our integration.

If a provider changes its APIs, policies, permissions, or approval status, we will do our best to adapt the product where possible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted provider availability or approval.

7. Privacy and data handling

Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of data are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the service, you acknowledge that CreatorTool will process account, billing, support, security, media, API, and connected platform data as needed to operate the product according to the Privacy Policy.

CreatorTool.net's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful platform approval, successful post delivery, account acceptance, file integrity, or the continued availability of any third-party provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorTool.net and SFWeb are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, unpaid billing obligations, or violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published means the updated version applies from its effective date.
